About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Employment Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support our attorneys by managing various legal tasks and ensuring compliance with employment laws. As a Remote Employment Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.

What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys with legal research and drafting of legal documents related to employment law.
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation for litigation support.
• Conduct interviews and gather information from clients and witnesses.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal processes.
• Support the team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other legal management software effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with document management and compliance is preferred.
