Remote Director of Field and Partner Marketing
About the Role
MinIO is seeking a Remote Director of Field and Partner Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts. As the industry leader in high-performance object storage, we power production infrastructure for many Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you will build and lead the marketing engine that connects MinIO to the market through strategic events and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the global events roadmap, aligning content and programs with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful keynotes and activations that drive audience acquisition.
- Architect a global event brand framework ensuring narrative consistency across all properties.
- Create immersive experiences that deepen relationships and maintain momentum beyond events.
- Work with the channel sales team to execute demand-generation programs with key partners.
- Build and own marketing plans for select global channel partners, focusing on target accounts and joint plays.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, particularly in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and partner marketing initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly in cloud or storage solutions.
- Familiarity with AI and analytics marketing.
