What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries, account management, and product information in a professional manner.
• Document and track customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve customer support services and address any challenges faced by clients.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and services offered to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
