Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience working in a remote environment and managing customer relationships effectively.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
