Remote Customer Experience Specialist - French Speaker
About the Role
Join Pearl Abyss Europe as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to enhance our gaming community's experience. As a French-speaking specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service for our acclaimed MMORPG, Black Desert Online (BDO). This remote position allows you to work flexibly while engaging with a passionate gaming community across Europe, particularly in France.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely and accurate support to customer inquiries through our Support Center.
- Review customer support ticket answers and investigate reported issues, taking necessary actions.
- Handle daily tasks for the game's live service using internal operation tools.
- Monitor and report on live-service issues and player feedback regularly.
- Collaborate with other Customer Experience Specialists, Game Masters, and Community Managers to gather feedback for game improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest game updates to support the player base effectively.
- Document investigations on game exploits, bugs, and other technical issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with gaming communities and live service operations.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a gaming support role.
- Knowledge of Black Desert Online or similar MMORPGs.
