About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Consultant specializing in Conflict Analysis and Conflict Sensitivity to join our team. As a Remote Consultant, you will contribute to various consultancy tasks that address critical humanitarian needs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough conflict analysis and sensitivity assessments to inform project proposals.
• Utilize ACAPS methodologies and data analysis tools to provide insights and recommendations.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze survey data, ensuring comprehensive understanding of the context.
• Design and implement capacity-building initiatives to enhance the skills of local partners.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals in the humanitarian field to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conflict analysis and sensitivity, particularly in humanitarian contexts.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software, including R/RStudio.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in public sector projects and advocacy related to gender equality and policy analysis.
