About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team at Mood Health. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operational needs of our remote behavioral health practice, ensuring that our clinicians can provide the best care possible. As a Remote Clinical Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and assisting clinical providers, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute the end-to-end provider onboarding process for our remote clinical team.
- Coordinate and maintain clinical provider scheduling and calendars to optimize patient care.
- Develop, document, and optimize clinical operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Act as a central point of contact for clinical team and provider operational inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements within clinical operations.
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks related to patient care delivery and record keeping.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical operations.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare.
