Remote Client Success Executive - Drive Growth with SBI

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Remote Client Success Executive to join our team at SBI Growth. In this role, you will focus on orchestrating the delivery of SBI's subscription business, including our AI-enabled advisory offering. Your primary goal as a Remote Client Success Executive will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and support account expansion. You will work from your home office, engaging with clients to understand their business priorities and aligning various subscription service elements to enable their growth.

What You'll Do

• Engage with clients daily to understand their business needs and priorities.
• Deliver insights on how clients can grow their businesses effectively.
• Collaborate with SBI Growth Advisors and Subject Matter Experts to provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure a white-glove, executive-worthy experience for all clients.
• Drive retention and account expansion through strong relationship management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client success or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze client business needs.
• Experience in B2B environments, preferably in consulting or advisory roles.
• Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention.
