What You'll Do

• Guide clients in improving their emotional management skills and enhancing their overall well-being.
• Assist clients in managing stressors, emotional distress, and interpersonal conflicts.
• Record counseling processes and outcomes while ensuring client information security and confidentiality.
• Continuously learn and enhance your professional skills in the emotional counseling field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or education.
• Typing speed of 50-80 WPM.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated emotional stability and mature emotional management abilities.
• Commitment to professional ethics and client privacy.
• Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams.
