About the Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience (CX) / Implementations Lead to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving successful implementations of our AI-driven solutions. As a Customer Experience (CX) / Implementations Lead, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our products meet their expectations. Your feedback will directly shape the product, making a significant impact on our customers' experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation of our AI solutions, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational performance.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to use our products effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, advocating for customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer experience, implementations, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Experience with project management and operational performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and software engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intercom, Gorgias, or similar customer service platforms.
  • Knowledge of accounting or finance workflows.
  • Background in recruiting or talent acquisition.
