About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Channel Account Manager to join our team at Palmetto Clean Technology. In this role, you will help home service contractors adopt and scale our innovative HVAC solutions. As a Remote Channel Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in onboarding contractor partners, training their sales teams, and supporting successful in-home sales adoption. This position is perfect for someone passionate about clean energy and looking to make a significant impact in the HVAC industry.
What You'll Do
- Onboard contractor partners to Palmetto's LightReach Finance program.
- Train sales teams of contractor partners on effective sales strategies for HVAC solutions.
- Support the adoption of in-home sales processes to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Accounts Director to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the HVAC or clean technology sector.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and home electrification solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with contractor partners.
- Proven ability to train and mentor sales teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial products related to home energy solutions.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and their applications.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
