Remote Cell Therapy Account Manager - Oncology Focus
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Cell Therapy Account Manager to join our team at Iovance Biotherapeutics. This role is pivotal in driving the demand for our innovative cell therapy treatment, Amtagvi™, specifically designed for advanced melanoma. As a Remote Cell Therapy Account Manager, you will be instrumental in developing a robust referral network between community practices and academic centers in North Carolina and South Carolina.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a referral network to enhance the pipeline growth of Amtagvi™ demand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scientific and operational excellence in cell therapy account management.
- Educate site personnel on clinical and product information for Amtagvi™.
- Drive demand and appropriate pull-through at targeted authorized treatment centers (ATCs).
- Serve as a liaison between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders to align initiatives with business and medical objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all service line customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ATC Operations to ensure Iovance Cell Therapy logistics and processes are effectively implemented.
- Utilize your prior experience in oncology and rare disease management to influence and educate stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management within the oncology or rare disease space.
- Strong understanding of immunotherapy and solid tumor cancer.
- Proven ability to influence others and perform referral and education activities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in strategy planning and account management.
- Knowledge of Iovance products and processes is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cell therapy products.
- Previous roles in a customer service or support capacity.
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations.
