We are seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their loan inquiries and guiding them through the loan application process. What You'll Do
- Engage with clients via phone and provide exceptional customer service as a Remote Call Center Loan Officer.
- Assist clients in understanding their loan options, including HELOC, refinance loans, and construction loans.
- Utilize CRM and dialer systems to manage client interactions and loan processing efficiently.
- Conduct due diligence and QC reviews to ensure compliance with lending regulations.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate smooth loan approvals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in a call center or loan officer role is preferred.
- Familiarity with mortgage operations and lending processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DSCR loans and cash-out refinance loans.
- Knowledge of risk management and business development strategies.
- Previous experience with consultative sales techniques.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly wage of $18/hr plus commission, with the potential for high earnings.
- Average annual income of $110,000, with top performers earning between $225,000 and $250,000.
- Flexible work schedule options: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Voluntary weekend work unless production targets are not met.
- W-2 employment with full benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
