What You'll Do

• Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and track engagement metrics.
• Conduct market research to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Support the sales team with cold calling and client outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or specialist role, preferably in healthcare SaaS.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and email marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
