About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Unlock Technologies, Inc. In this role, you will drive operational effectiveness and scalability while enhancing the customer experience across our operations organization. As a Remote Business Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with Operations leadership, particularly in Sales and Fulfillment, to identify high-impact challenges and design data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
• Drive the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business operations or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus.
