What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new projects and initiatives.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets and generate reports.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and experience with AWS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and healthcare IT systems.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of predictive assessment tools and quality assurance processes.
