In this Remote Bookkeeper role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage account payables efficiently to ensure timely payments.
• Perform cash reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee employee reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit authority reports as required.

Requirements

• Type 1+2 Bookkeeper certification with 5-6 years of experience in bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Excel and possess strong technical skills.
• Experience with Priority ERP is a plus.
• A dependable professional who meets deadlines and works independently.
• Proven experience in handling day-to-day accounting entries and bank reconciliations.
• Solid Excel skills and fluency with numbers are essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech or trading industry.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards.
• Ability to adapt to new accounting software quickly.
