As a Remote Accounting & Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our overall financial health.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Conduct financial audits and assist with financial reporting.
• Utilize ERP software such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks Online for financial management.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance and quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Assist in payroll processing and document management.
• Continuously improve billing processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or billing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and GAAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
