What You'll Do

  • Actively seek new revenue streams and promote account expansion through new business, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage comprehensive client communication, strategic planning, and resolution of account challenges to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Strengthen executive-level relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions, working independently to acquire new clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations to support new sales and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage revenue forecasting using Salesforce.com and ensure accurate sales data recording.
  • Facilitate and organize team-building events with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of sales experience in programmatic, ad tech, and online advertising.
  • Outgoing personality with a knack for creating professional relationships.
  • Experience in audience-based selling of digital media.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising processes and technology fundamentals.
  • Must be work-authorized in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
