What You'll Do
- Actively seek new revenue streams and promote account expansion through new business, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage comprehensive client communication, strategic planning, and resolution of account challenges to enhance client satisfaction.
- Strengthen executive-level relationships within assigned accounts.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions, working independently to acquire new clients.
- Lead contract negotiations to support new sales and expand existing accounts.
- Manage revenue forecasting using Salesforce.com and ensure accurate sales data recording.
- Facilitate and organize team-building events with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of sales experience in programmatic, ad tech, and online advertising.
- Outgoing personality with a knack for creating professional relationships.
- Experience in audience-based selling of digital media.
- Strong understanding of online advertising processes and technology fundamentals.
- Must be work-authorized in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
