About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager - Health Sector (Remote) to join our team at ANZ. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of medical specialists, providing tailored insights and solutions to enhance their banking experience. What You'll Do

• Provide customers with appropriate solutions by understanding their needs as a Relationship Manager.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support effective deal design and execution.
• Structure deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teams.
• Proactively manage credit and operational risks.
• Apply Relationship Credit Approval Discretion as appropriate.

Requirements

• Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of commercial mid-market banking products.
• Experience in assessing, advising, monitoring, and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness.
• Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities to suit customer business goals.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiency and create long-term value.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
