Regional Marketing Manager - Remote Role at Kong
About the Role
Are you ready to power the World's connections? Kong is seeking a talented Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will manage integrated campaigns across events, content marketing, social media, and paid digital campaigns within the Central Europe, EMEA region. You will report to the Sr. Director Marketing EMEA and work closely with regional sales teams to understand market priorities and deliver impactful campaigns that generate new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner with Sales stakeholders, translating sales goals into marketing tactics and programs.
- Collaborate with global demand generation teams to build and drive integrated marketing campaigns.
- Own, define, and drive the regional marketing plan.
- Manage regional budget and reporting.
- Coordinate regional planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders to build campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and deliver pipeline.
- Maintain ownership of the region’s performance through consistent reporting, analysis, and optimization efforts.
- Own the leads process through the funnel and devise programs to accelerate lead time-to-value.
- Identify focus areas and build plans to drive expansion.
- Think creatively about customer journeys to drive engagement from awareness to conversion.
- Implement regional ABM and executive programs.
- Partner with the sales development team to develop and execute effective inbound/outbound campaigns.
- Work with the Partner team to harness the Partner ecosystem and build integrated marketing campaigns with key partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment; expertise in software and SaaS/subscription models is strongly preferred.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work remotely and effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, event platforms, 6sense, CMS, Pathfactory.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts, messages, and plans clearly.
- Additional languages are a plus; German and English are required.
- Experience with running ABM and executive programs.
- Ability to engage, enable, and deliver Channel programs and events.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
