Regional Institutional Manager - Stablecoin Focus (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Institutional Manager to join Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform, in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of our stablecoin initiatives and fostering relationships with financial institutions across the Middle East.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and protect wallet share.
- Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities related to stablecoins and other digital asset services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of treasury clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and close deals effectively.
- Participate in industry events to represent Anchorage Digital and expand your professional network.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management within financial services or digital assets.
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for stablecoins, banking, and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive the entire lifecycle of a deal from origination to closure.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
