Regional Institutional Manager - Latin America (Remote)
About the Role
Anchorage Digital is seeking a Regional Institutional Manager to join our team remotely, focusing on the Latin America region. In this role, you will be integral to driving the growth and success of our digital asset platform for institutions, particularly in the stablecoin sector. As a Regional Institutional Manager, you will originate and develop high-value financial institution client relationships, monetizing our products and services effectively.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales in Latin America, originating new mandates for stablecoins across various business lines and client types.
- Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain a robust pipeline using our CRM system.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of treasury clients, resolving issues creatively and adapting to dynamic circumstances.
- Collaborate across departments to close deals and enhance the client experience.
- Participate in industry events as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, building a network of clients and industry peers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management within financial services or digital assets.
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for stablecoins and banking.
- Excellent communication skills and sales acumen, with fluency in English and regional languages.
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
- Ability to work autonomously and define priorities to grow and protect revenue.
