About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist for Disability Claims - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of disability claims processing. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing claims, identifying discrepancies, and implementing quality control measures to enhance service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough reviews of disability claims to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to document findings and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to address quality issues and improve processes.
• Provide feedback and training to staff on quality assurance best practices.
• Engage in manual testing of claims processing systems to identify potential improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance service quality.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or claims management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and regulations (FDA, ISO) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cypress or Playwright for manual testing.
• Background in healthcare or clinical quality assurance.
• Knowledge of insurance processes related to disability claims.
