Qmlativ Migrations Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Qmlativ Migrations Project Manager - Remote to lead our migration projects effectively. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of migration initiatives, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget. As a Qmlativ Migrations Project Manager - Remote, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and integration.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end migration projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop migration strategies and timelines.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of migration data.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.
• Analyze project performance and identify areas for process improvement.
• Lead training sessions for clients on new systems and processes post-migration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in migration projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Qmlativ or similar migration tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
