PSP Onboarding Manager - Remote Position in iGaming

About the Role

We are seeking a talented PSP Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for Payment Service Providers (PSPs), ensuring all documentation is prepared and submitted accurately. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the fast-paced iGaming industry, where you will coordinate with various internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Manage the onboarding of PSPs by preparing and submitting comprehensive documentation packages (corporate, licenses, KYC/KYB, website and business descriptions).
• Complete onboarding and compliance forms for PSPs, and communicate with PSP compliance and account teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Tech to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Track onboarding statuses and handle requests until approval is obtained.
• Maintain and update corporate, licensing, and compliance documentation, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare documents for new brands, legal entities, and corporate changes (UBO, directors, URL, structure).
• Support existing PSPs with compliance/DD requests, contracts, addendums, innovations, and reporting.
• Assist the Head of Payments with RFPs, negotiations, and status tracking.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in iGaming, payments, fintech, or compliance.
• Understanding of PSP onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong skills in documentation and form management.
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2+), with a focus on written communication.
• Able to manage multiple processes simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Stress-resistant and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and PSP dashboards.
• Bonus: Experience in online casinos/betting, offshore licenses, PSP portals, and understanding of payment flows.
