PSP Account Manager - iGaming Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented PSP Account Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. As a PSP Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, and aggregators, ensuring smooth operational and commercial communication.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with payment providers, ensuring effective communication on operational and commercial matters.
• Monitor and control payment methods, including deposits and withdrawals, to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, approval rates, declines, SLAs, and chargebacks to enhance payment processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Payments, Product, and Support, to optimize payment channels.
• Prepare detailed reports on provider performance and payment metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PSP/Payments, preferably in the iGaming or high-risk sectors.
• Strong understanding of payment processes and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with providers.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 GEOs.
• Understanding of integrations and payment cascades.
