PSP Account Manager - iGaming Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a talented PSP Account Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and banks. As a PSP Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless payment processes and optimizing payment channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with payment providers (PSPs, banks, aggregators).
• Communicate daily with providers regarding operational and commercial issues.
• Oversee the performance of payment methods, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics: conversion rates, approval rates, declines, SLAs, and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Tech PSP and internal teams (Payments, Product, Support) to enhance service delivery.
• Analyze the effectiveness of payment channels and participate in optimization efforts.
• Prepare reports on provider performance and metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PSP/Payments, preferably in iGaming or high-risk environments.
• Strong understanding of payment processes and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with providers.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Tier-1/Tier-2 GEOs.
• Understanding of integrations and payment cascades.
