Project Management Associate - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Associate to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Project Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in coordinating projects and ensuring they align with our strategic goals. What You'll Do

• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Utilize project management tools like Smartsheet, Agile methodologies, and Kanban to streamline processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Understanding of U.S. Federal TAX regulations and accounting principles.

What We Offer

• Base salary of $40,000 - $45,000 with performance-based commission leading to average annual earnings of $50,000 - $55,000+.
