About the Role

We're hiring a Product Owner - Healthcare Revenue Cycle to join our team at Experian. What You'll Do

• Champion innovation and improvement of healthcare revenue cycle products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and UX/UI to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage the product backlog based on business and customer value, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic goals.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to foster a collaborative environment.
• Support product launches and gather user feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA, safeguarding sensitive data.
• Utilize SQL for data validation and support analytical workflows to enhance product functionality.
• Obtain internal approvals for new capabilities and balance features, support work, and technical improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in healthcare technology or SaaS platforms, with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.
• Experience with healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA) is essential.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA to manage product development effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with payments in a hospital revenue cycle is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with tools like Epic is a plus, enhancing your ability to manage healthcare data.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
