What You'll Do

• Own and elevate the first-time user experience for our products.
• Support monetization through meaningful user experience (UX) design.
• Shape the core of impactful products that resonate with users.
• Experiment boldly in our AI Lab to drive innovative solutions.
• Drive real product impact, focusing on outcomes rather than just design screens.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience working on real-world products, ideally mobile-first consumer apps.
• Proven experience designing flows that drive successful onboarding, engagement, and early habit formation.
• Comfortable designing around AI-powered features.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and versioning workflows.
• Skilled in contributing to and expanding scalable, efficient design systems.
• Product mindset and ownership, always asking “why” and owning your work end to end.
• Ability to identify opportunities, propose bold ideas, and lead new initiatives within the team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on spacing, clarity, copy, and overall design quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user psychology and mobile UX trends.
• Previous work in the EdTech sector.
• Familiarity with data protection and compliance regulations.
