Product Owner - Fintech & UX/​UI Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our remote team at Bitnbox, a leading fintech company specializing in cryptocurrency and stablecoin payment solutions. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Core Processing layer of our product, ensuring the reliable and scalable movement of funds across crypto, CeFi, and fiat systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner with a strong technical background to make a significant impact in the fintech and blockchain space.

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the Core Processing stream.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Prioritize features and technical debt considering risks, scalability, and regulatory constraints.
• Ensure predictable delivery in terms of scope, timelines, and quality.
• Identify systemic risks and bottlenecks before they escalate into incidents.

Requirements

• Engineering background (backend, full-stack, or blockchain).
• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical PM.
• Understanding of blockchain operations (UTXO vs account model, confirmations, reorgs, gas, fees).
• Familiarity with CeFi infrastructures (exchanges, custody, internal balances).
• Experience in fintech, including banking, payments, processing, and crypto projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Deep understanding of payment flows, balance logic, and data consistency.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or B2B fintech.
• Involvement in crypto infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with DEX/DeFi protocols.
• Experience with high-load systems.
• Understanding of AML/KYT/compliance constraints at the product level.
