Product Owner - Credit Card Product Portfolio (Relocation Support)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner - Credit Card Product Portfolio to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while managing a critical product line that impacts over 20 million customers. As a Product Owner, you will lead the product development lifecycle and ensure our credit card offerings meet customer needs and business goals.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the vision and roadmap for the Credit Card product portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to balance customer needs, compliance, and business outcomes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize backlogs effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile sprints, facilitating product delivery rituals and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Manage the product lifecycle from problem definition to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to achieve buy-in and ensure clarity on product scopes, timelines, and trade-offs.
- Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives, helping frame problems and define success metrics for innovative product features.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in high-growth digital or tech companies, particularly in the credit card or payments sector.
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, with a background in computer engineering preferred.
- Exceptional product judgment and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Jira and the Atlassian suite is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI/ML features and collaboration with data science teams.
