At WackoWave, we are looking for a Product Manager - Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications to join our team in Austin, TX. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of OFSAA solutions while working remotely. What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation and optimization of OFSAA solutions to meet business goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Own the product lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with IFRS 17, CSM, and OIPA standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication between technical teams and business units.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial reporting regulations.
• Lead in Agile environments, guiding technical teams to success.

Requirements

• Experience with OFSAA or similar financial services analytical applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, especially related to IFRS 17, CSM, and OIPA.
• Background in product management in financial services or technology sectors.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and handling complex product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to relocate to Austin, TX if not already local.
