Product Manager - Leave Lifecycle Experience (Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager - Leave Lifecycle Experience to join our team at Tilt. This remote Product Manager role will focus on enhancing the end-to-end leave experience for employees, managers, and HR administrators. You will be instrumental in scaling our business and ensuring that our solutions are intuitive, compliant, and scalable.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the Leave Lifecycle Experience.
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs and real-world leave workflows.
- Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear product direction and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality end-to-end product experiences.
- Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions.
- Define success metrics and use data, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product outcomes.
- Evaluate and introduce new capabilities that reduce friction and increase efficiency.
- Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring features are well-positioned and adopted.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience in the leave of absence industry.
- Proven track record of building and shipping B2B or SaaS products.
- Strong ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineers and designers.
- High levels of empathy and alignment with Tilt’s mission.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working with startups or B2B SaaS businesses.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation and AI-assisted workflows.
- Familiarity with data analysis and metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
