Product & Implementation Specialist - Digital Asset Custody

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product & Implementation Specialist - Digital Asset Custody to join our team remotely. In this role, you will focus on institutional digital asset custody clients, acting as the critical link between our clients and our product. You will leverage your deep expertise in digital asset custody processes and regulated finance to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of institutional clients from onboarding to integration and ongoing product support.
• Serve as the primary product expert and technical point of contact for institutional clients, addressing complex questions regarding custody, security, and settlement processes.
• Scope out complex client requirements and design precise product and operational structures that meet these needs while adhering to regulatory constraints.
• Coordinate and project-manage implementation plans across cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Legal.
• Develop and maintain detailed internal documentation, implementation playbooks, and standardized operational procedures for core client-facing processes.

Requirements

• Track record working with regulated financial products for institutional clients (e.g., hedge funds, asset managers, banks).
• Deep understanding of the digital asset custody space, including concepts like private key management and core custody operations.
• Demonstrated ability to scope out complex client requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and produce measurable results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with settlement operations (fiat or digital assets).
• Experience with software implementation in a high-growth or financial technology environment.
