Product Designer (UX/​UI) - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our team remotely. As a Product Designer, you will create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and conversion-focused interfaces using Figma. This role is crucial for balancing beauty, ease of implementation, and fast loading times in your designs. Your work will not end with the delivery of the design; you will analyze user behavior through tools like Yandex.Metrica and Webvisor to identify conversion drop-off points and enhance interfaces based on data rather than just personal taste.

What You'll Do

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces in Figma, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
• Analyze user behavior using analytics tools to improve designs based on quantitative data.
• Utilize AI tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, Nanobanana) for visual generation, references, and routine tasks.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers (WordPress), marketers, and advertising specialists to visually package concepts and technical solutions.
• Proactively offer solutions to business challenges rather than waiting for detailed specifications.

Requirements

• Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.
• Understanding that design is a sales tool and utilizing analytics for insights and improvements.
• A potential leader interested in growing into an Art Director or Head of Web Design role.
• Experience in creating conversion-focused designs and a strong product mindset.
• Ability to work fully immersed in our team without engaging in external projects or outsourcing.

Nice to Have
