Product Designer - Remote Position in Digital Healthcare

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our remote team at RemoteHunter. This Product Designer remote position focuses on creating innovative design solutions for a leading digital healthcare company. You will play a vital role in simplifying complex clinical data to enhance patient and clinician experiences.

What You'll Do

• Define and design user experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints with a cross-functional team.
• Develop and maintain design systems while promoting consistent design standards across all platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs that resonate with users.
• Collaborate with User Researchers to explore new problem spaces and test innovative solutions.
• Present designs effectively to gain stakeholder buy-in and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to address development trade-offs and ensure design fidelity throughout the development process.
• Contribute to feature definition, project planning, and quality assurance testing.

Requirements

• Proven ability to solve complex user problems with simple, intuitive designs.
• Deep knowledge of mobile and web UI patterns.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles including color, layout, and typography.
• Ability to iterate quickly at various fidelity levels based on stakeholder feedback.
• Self-directed with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, User Research, and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Highly collaborative and user-focused mindset.
• Track record of shipping multiple products successfully.
• Minimum two years of end-to-end product design experience on mobile and/or web platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design or related field/experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for user research.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
