Product Design Lead - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Design Lead - Remote to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.
- Work closely with frontend development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of design systems and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Experience in mentoring and leading design teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
