Product Data Specialist Internship - Remote
About the Role
As a Product Data Specialist Intern at Assent, you will play a crucial role in enabling informed product decisions by uncovering actionable insights across our platforms. This Product Data Specialist remote position allows you to work with a modern data and analytics stack including SQL, Pendo, Tableau, Salesforce, and Snowflake. You will have the opportunity to shape and analyze key product metrics such as adoption, retention, and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Track the performance of new feature launches and evaluate onboarding/user journeys.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to support product analytics.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide insights into product performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver insights and data support.
- Maintain documentation of data processes and report templates for future reference.
- Provide actionable insights with business implications to enhance product strategies.
- Support analysts in understanding user behavior and identifying trends through data analysis.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a University or College Certificate in a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to present data clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills to establish cross-functional relationships.
- Curious and driven to learn and grow within the data analytics field.
- Knowledge of Pendo is a plus.
