Processing Officer - Vehicle Financing (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Processing Officer - Vehicle Financing to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vehicle financing applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity in your work. As a key member of our Credit Financing Processing Centre (CFPC), you will play a crucial role in facilitating informed decision-making for vehicle financing approvals.

What You'll Do

• Submit a minimum of 25 vehicle financing applications daily, including new and appeal cases.
• Ensure full compliance with the 21-point checklist prior to submission for approval.
• Perform credit assessments and provide recommendations based on established guidelines.
• Verify the adequacy and completeness of documents for processing.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements related to financing processing.
• Check for accuracy and consistency of credit-related data entered into the FAST system.
• Keep Decision Providers (DPs) and approvers informed with all relevant facts.
• Follow escalation procedures for fraudulent or suspicious applications promptly.
• Provide guidance and training to Marketing Officers (MO/PO1) to improve the quality of credit submissions.
• Comply with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements in all processing activities.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in vehicle financing or credit assessment.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment and vehicle financing processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and guidelines strictly.
• Proficient in data entry and familiar with FAST or similar credit processing systems.
• Good communication skills to liaise with decision makers and marketing teams.
• Ability to identify and escalate fraudulent or high-risk cases appropriately.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financing and PDPA.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
