Principal Product Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Principal Product Designer to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design efforts for our luxury real estate platform, focusing on user-centered design and innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for various digital products, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define product vision and strategy.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
• Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our design processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in designing mobile applications and responsive web interfaces.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience in luxury design or real estate is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI tools and gamification in design.
• Experience in 3D design and digital experience design.
• Knowledge of customer research techniques and project management.
