As a Principal Product Designer - Ads Platform, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our advertising solutions. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for the Ads Platform, ensuring a user-centered approach in all design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to create innovative advertising solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in designing advertising products or platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
