About the Role

We are looking for a Principal/Director of Product Management to join our team at Measured. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead product initiatives in a fully remote environment. As the Principal/Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers while driving significant business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple product initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating proactive and influential leadership.
  • Own product adoption and customer impact for assigned products, collaborating closely with Customer Success and Product Marketing teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific products, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
  • Create and maintain product backlogs, detailed requirements, designs, and documentation.
  • Plan quarterly OKRs and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product adoption and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape the product roadmap.
  • Champion user experience (UX) by collaborating with design teams to ensure high usability standards.
  • Work with product marketing and sales to develop effective positioning and messaging for target markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall experience, including 6+ years as a product manager.
  • Proven experience in building B2B marketing analytics or measurement products in the AdTech or MarTech domain.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption of measurement products powered by data science and AI.
  • Experience productizing statistical models and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functional boundaries.
