Polyvalent Operator - Production Environment

About the Role

Are you ready for a new challenge? Join us as a Polyvalent Operator in our new oven department and strengthen our team! This Polyvalent Operator role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment, where you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to our production goals.

What You'll Do

• Work in the ovens department where our recyclable carpets are treated with a hardened layer.
• After an extensive training program, you will perform various functions as a polyvalent employee, including:
• Seamstress duties (sewing half-finished carpet rolls, checking and entering carpet rolls).
• Quality control (monitoring the quality of produced carpets based on reference samples).
• Packing (packaging finished carpet rolls with packing foil).

Requirements

• Independence and the ability to work accurately.
• Stress resilience and flexibility in your work.
• Proficiency in Dutch is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
