About the Role

We're hiring a Platform Growth Lead to join our team at Parafin, where you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our platform partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional looking for a Platform Growth Lead remote position that allows you to leverage your expertise in customer success and partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth of strategic platform customers.
  • Drive expansion within accounts by increasing loan origination and product expansion, identifying new strategic opportunities to improve marketing, and unlocking incremental user segments.
  • Monitor KPIs for your accounts and conduct preliminary diagnostics on issues that may impact growth and account health.
  • Support or lead quarterly business reviews and influence partners to prioritize key growth and product initiatives.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to empower improvements to the Parafin partner experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer success or partnerships role, preferably focused on mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Experience managing multi-threaded relationships for a technical product, with a proven ability to build influential relationships with partners.
  • Track record of leading technical conversations and influencing teams to take action based on business impact.
  • Proven success in achieving revenue-based targets and driving account expansion.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with API-driven and other technical products.
  • Experience building business cases for strategic decision-making.
  • Exposure to working with executive/C-suite stakeholders.
  • Some experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
