In this role, you will dive deep into multi-channel marketing efforts, analyze performance data, and design actionable strategies that maximize conversions and ROI. This Performance Marketing Strategist position offers a unique chance to influence client growth across PPC, SEO, email, and landing pages while collaborating closely with both Web Tonic and inBeat teams.
What You'll Do
- Conduct deep-dive audits of new clients' existing marketing efforts across all channels, understanding their funnel architecture, conversion bottlenecks, attribution setup, and historical performance data to establish optimization roadmaps.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance across PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, email marketing, and landing pages, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement testing strategies (A/B tests, multivariate tests) for landing pages, ad creative, email campaigns, and conversion funnels.
- Translate data into actionable insights and present clear, strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure channels work together cohesively, connecting SEO content to PPC landing pages and aligning email nurture sequences with paid acquisition messaging.
- Create comprehensive performance reports that tell the story of what's happening, why it's happening, and what should be done next.
- Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices across all key marketing channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across email marketing, PPC, SEO, and landing pages.
- Deep understanding of what drives conversions, from messaging and offer positioning to page layout and psychological triggers.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with diving into Google Analytics and platform analytics to extract meaningful insights.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments.
- Ability to see the big picture and develop cohesive strategies rather than just tactical execution.
- Native-level English proficiency, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).
- Understanding of attribution modeling and marketing mix.
- Experience with technical SEO and on-page optimization.
- Knowledge of creative testing frameworks.
