About the Role

What You'll Do
- Conduct mechanical maintenance activities by adhering to work instructions and procedures to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on mechanical equipment as directed by planners or supervisors to prevent damage and ensure timely repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical equipment issues to identify root causes and implement effective rectification measures.
- Implement safe working practices and maintain good housekeeping in accordance with safety, health, environment, and quality management systems.
- Ensure proper waste handling in compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with planners prior to part/material withdrawal to ensure organized and accurate processes.
Requirements
- Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanical technician/maintenance, particularly with rotating equipment.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Service-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
- Solid foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
