PC and Smartphone Support Expert - Remote Assistance

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated PC and Smartphone Support Expert for Remote Assistance to join our team at SilverTalent. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home while providing essential support to customers, particularly seniors, who need assistance with their computer and smartphone issues.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for PC and smartphone users via remote assistance tools.
• Assist customers with a variety of issues including driver problems, virus removal, and app installations.
• Utilize remote maintenance software such as TeamViewer to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers to ensure they feel supported and understood.
• Document customer interactions and solutions provided to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Proficient in computer and smartphone technology.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
• Experience with remote support software, preferably TeamViewer.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android).
