Payment Operations Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payment Operations Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing QR code payments, global transfers, and fiat credit channels. As a Payment Operations Specialist remote, you will directly drive growth in user fiat deposit and withdrawal volume while enhancing conversion efficiency to core trading services and long-term asset retention.

What You'll Do

• Product Optimization: Deeply understand the fiat deposit product, collaborating with product and engineering teams to optimize front-end interfaces and workflows, improving deposit success rates and user experience.
• Campaign Planning: Design and execute acquisition and activation campaigns for fiat deposit users (e.g., OTC discounts, deposit incentives), effectively increasing user count and total deposit volume.
• Conversion Guidance: Map user journeys and implement campaign and guidance strategies to drive fiat deposit users toward core offerings such as spot trading, derivatives, and wealth management.
• Payment Management: Gain in-depth knowledge of channel and cross-border payment processes, handling daily settlement and reconciliation tasks to ensure efficient fund flows.
• Risk Collaboration: Partner with the risk control team to monitor deposit transactions, identifying and mitigating fraud, money laundering, and other risks.
• Asset Operations: Take responsibility for or assist with platform fiat and digital asset settlement, allocation, and position management.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in fiat operations, OTC management, or business development at a cryptocurrency exchange, payment platform, or related field.
• Knowledge & Skills: Expert in fiat on-ramp (C2C/OTC) workflows, payment gateways, and cross-border payment solutions.
• Strong business negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to independently develop and manage channel partnerships.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities to inform operational strategies and measure performance.
• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both Chinese and English to support global operations.
